I have reported this issue last expansion and it is still happening this expansion.

If an enemy affliction or destruction warlock has a pet active in the arena, I will not be able to see their Spell Lock ability on Omnibar when used.
If they have their pet sacrificed I am able to see their Spell Lock

I have tried adding the spell ID and tried re-installing addon, it does not work...
