[classic][request] add engineering and common on use and trinket cool downs to a new category, and have them enabled by default

currently, custom spells must be added, for example to track skull of impending doom use, and shadow reflector use. please add these to a default list. also, please increase the time for the custom spells. 600s is not adequate for rocket helm, for example.
