Describe the problem

Pre-emptively flagging that Dragonflight will have new Vantas Runes for the new raid, and flasks are being replaced with Phials.
Given the delays in getting these updated for the previous expansion - flagging it now. I can go through and look up the item IDs if it will help.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Ready check in Vault of the Incarnates
2. New consumables not recognised
3. Profit?
