This was originally a feature in oRA2 but was dropped in oRA3 in favor of showing them with your unit frame addon. I'm not sure how useful being able to set custom tanks is anymore, so no plans on adding this back in.

Its not usefull for general player base,but i did find it very usefull as being a tank. Seeing other tank hp,his target ,etc makes it easier to control situation between tanks and make switches,react to diff situation ,...
