oRA3 still checks for Neck and Back slot enchants in BFA

Enchant checking was not updated for Battle for Azeroth and still checks for enchants on back and neck slots which are no longer relevant.

oRA3 Version:

8.0.2 (2018-08-06)

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open oRA3 'Checks' Tab.
  2. Click on 'Gear'.
  3. Unexpected results under the 'Missing Enchants' column.
