By using #58 and #59 a new feature could be added that creates a cooldown tracker display based on boss fights.

Flow would be:
=> Go to oRA3 cooldown settings
=> Create new Display based on BigWigs data
=> Select a boss fight
=> Enter player names that are on interrupt duty

Advantages on this would be:

a) only people on interrupt duty get broadcasted the kick rotation assignment
b) the cooldown tracker can only be shown when on that specific boss fight and when assigned
c) the cooldown tracker could be created remotely for the people that are assigned but this is getting deep into WeakAuras territory.
