Describe the bug
The Festering Strike would affect dot 'Festering Wound' to target.
It suppose to be 2 to 3 stacks when you cast Festering Strike for the first time, but only one stack by ouf/auras.

How to reproduce
Create a unholy DK trial account, and cast Festering Strike.

What did you expect?
Correct spell stacks for first cast.

The new version of the element received a couple of sizeable updates/rewrites after its initial release, but the order in which the sub-tables are being processed stayed unchanged despite all the stuff around it being reworked or pruned entirely. And so now it backfires 😒🔫

Fortunately, it didn't affect auras' visibility, only dynamic things like stacks. And only on the initial application.
