While I'm not 100% positive that icy-veins properly conveys every nuance that SimulationCraft may take into account, there are some misses that I'm noticing on my shadow priest:

1. Legacy of the Void talent (lvl 100) which reduces insanity requirement to 70 from the default 100 does not see to be picked up. I see the icon highlight on my action bar but it is uncommon to see the system report it's time for my Shadow Priest to go Voidform.
2. When in Voidform, I never see the Void channel activate (Void Torrent) which I believe is the biggest DPS'er you have in Voidform.
3. Not sure that Ovale is picking up on the following recommendation by icy-veins about SW:Death while in Voidform:

Cast Shadow Word: Death Icon Shadow Word: Death

Always cast Shadow Word: Death once when you have 2 stacks.
Do not cast Shadow Word: Death if you have 1 stack and are not in danger of falling out of Voidform AND if Mind Blast Icon Mind Blast is off cooldown.

Hope this helps.

Also, it would be interesting to have Dispersion show up as one of the "optional" spells (much like Mindbender/Shadowfiend and Shadow Crash do) when all other instant high-Insanity generators (Void Torrent, Void Bolt, Shadowy Insight-proc'd Mind Blast, Shadow Word: Death) are on cooldown and Voidform is about to expire.

This is especially important when using Surrender to Madness, since none of us would like to prematurely die. Horribly. 😁

I have some trouble with SP scripts because my character is level 85. e.g. I can't test Surrender to Madness.

I'd be happy to test the scripts for you, if you think it'd be efficient.

Also, while we're talking about rotation issues: if you take Mind Spike as the level-100 Talent, the rotation gets completely messed up -- Ovale keeps telling me to refresh SW:P with about every other cast, and doesn't properly suggest re-casting Mind Spike until the 10th stack for the AoE suggestion slot.

That's kind of you, but it's mostly an iterative process so it would be difficult to do like this.
