How can i regenerate the scritps from simulationcraft.org and then use it in ovale?

Get the script from simulationcraft and paste it into.

/ovale simc

Then paste that as a custom script.

The only person who can "regenerate" all the scripts is Sidoine I believe.

that is not really accurate @ShmooDud, you need wow-lua.exe to get it to work.
Then anyone can do it.
