Water Elemental Cast Icon Showing Even though already cast

This is a fairly recent issue but I'm not sure exactly when it started showing up (last week or 2?).
I'm "idle" and have my Water Elemental already summoned but the flickering icon telling me to summon it isn't going away, Is there a known incompatibility with another add on?
