On my frost mage I am seeing Ovale suggest using Lonely Winter like it is an ability rather than a passive, and also it suggests Ray of Frost from the water elemental even though I have Lonely Winter and don't have the elemental.

This is the most recent version updated today.

EDIT: I just saw the 7.3.2 update and confirmed the bug still exists in that version.
