Please add more options for action bar icons besides spellflash like a custom overlay or border of some kind.

A good option would be LibCustomGlow which is the library used by WeakAuras for their glow animations. Since WeakAuras is so widely used, the glow options from LibCustomGlow are choices that people are used to seeing.

LibCustomGlow would replace LibButtonGlow in Ovale.
