In ovale_warrior_spell.lua, lines 341 and 342, it notes that Carnage decreases rage needed by 15 and Frothing Berserker increases by 15. Patch 8.0.1 modified both of these to decrease and increase, respectively, by 10.

This has been fixed in pull #481.
