Ovale isn't always suggesting A Murder of Crows when selecting a target even if everything is off cooldown and nothing is on GCD. It works sometimes, but seems to be buggy in this release.

I've noticed this as well, particularly pre-combat. Like it doesn't realize that the cooldown has reset because the previous guy died.
