Swift Roundhouse is the Windwalker's only really important Azerite trait right now. To maximize it, you want two stacks of whatever Blackout Kick then procs (tried to look it up to help, sorry) before you use Rising Sun Kick. At the moment, Ovale just seems to stop suggesting RSK. I don't know if it's because it's thinking in this direction and gets stuck, or what. Just thought I'd let you know.
