Happens after the loading screen when changing zones (50% chance) and finishing a taxi flight (30% chance). Do not know exactly what causes this issue to appear in combat; happened mid-combat with both Sivara and Azshara heroic, so can happen both in single-target and AoE. BM hunter. The issue causes barbed shot and bestial wrath to become unavailable; however, cobra shot and kill command remain available. Have not noticed what happens with longer cooldowns like murder of crows (costs resource) and aspect of the wild (restores resource); suspect only the spells that cost resource remain available.
