Since the closing of the ClassicGuildBank addon, I thought it would be beneficial to create an addon, with the same Sync logic as PDKP, but instead of a DKP addon, it would be a banking addon (until Gbanks get released in TBC).

GM would have to set up the bank's name, so the addon knows who to grab the data from.
