BUG: Decay Reversal Totals are incorrect

Describe the bug
When reversing a 10% decay, the totals that you receive after a subsequent re-calibration are incorrect.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a Decay Entry
  2. Delete the Decay Entry (Reversal)
  3. /pdkp recalibrateTotals (totals are incorrect).

Expected behavior
Totals should be correct.
