Significant overhaul of the addon UI to accomodate requested features and future scalability.

• Use a combination of tabs and treegroups to display data instead of table format.
• Group options into main addon frame as well as the native options frame.
• Forms should be editable by default, a "Confirm" button will appear to allow the user to submit changes.
