Error out of script contains unknown abilities/whatever names?

There are many scripts in circulation without IDs. If people want to do that, that’s fine. But if someone gets a script shared and their experience is it silently not working, that’s just bad UX.
We shouldn’t break name-only scripts, but we should loudly detect if we can’t realistically execute a script instead of silently rotating through slots or some shit.
