I am having issues I may remove the addon. My main problem is it keeps telling me the pet battles I am in have NO UPGRADES do I wanna quit who the F cares I am just leveling pets up doing pet battles. I have 1000 pets I am sure I am not finding any upgrades how do I remove this from display I can find NO WAY To open up any screen to adjust the way this works is there a command in game to open up your ap to change things???

Since this addon is pretty much abandoned, I have created an alternative with most of the functionality of PetTracker, but being maintained and is already updated with the latest 10.2 data.
It is called Battle Pet Completionist 🙂

You can turn this message off in the settings. However, I'd love it for this to only pop up in battles where capture is possible - having it show up for tamer battles/WQs where capture is impossible is a little tiresome.

I modified alerts.lua to check if we're in a Pet Dungeon, and if we are, don't display the popup (not entirely what you asked for, but it's a start):
