Level 25 battle pets shouldn't be listed as upgrades when you have a level 23 battle pet

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently PetTracker lists wild level 25 battle pets as upgrades even when you have the same pet at level 23+ and same/higher quality. That is useless since wild level 25 battle pets scale down to level 23 when caught.

The addon shouldn't list them.
