I am often warned that there are no useful upgrades when starting a battle besides the fact that one of the enemy critters is better than my second best or if I have no second. I don't know if it's WoW that's making that decision or PT. It only compares to my best. So, if I have a blue and a green frog and the one I will fight is a blue with the same level as my blue, it says I don't need that blue frog. I'd rather have two blue frogs than a blue and a green. If I have only a blue and the enemy pet is green, I'd rather have a blue and a green than just one blue.
