Trainer portrait strata is wrong (bug present for a very long time now)

Reproduce by enabling addon and opening Rivals window
Bottom portrait is showing through the blizz frame, which looks pretty terrible
Please adjust strata so it is behind the frame to match blizzard UI behavior
