Describe the bug
With Carbonite/Carbonite Quest (Latest), PetTracker (Latest), and PetTracker Carbonite, PetTracker still doesn't populate to the Carbonite Map. If the default map is pulled up with alt-M it still shows there.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Download all related addons
2. Open Carbonite Map with default keybind "m"
3. No PetTracker icons appear

Expected behaviour
PetTracker pet tracking icons appear on Carbonite map.

Additional context
I saw that PetTracker Carbonite has not been updated for quite some time, though I didn't see any notice on whether that was simply because compatibility hadn't been broken in a long time, or because it was no longer being kept up. I'm happy to help test/work on this issue if needed, please feel free to contact me if you get the chance to look over this.
