enemy action bars don't display

Describe the bug
enemy action bars dont show when in combat be it a pet vs tamer of pvp. if u hover where they should be they are there as a tool tip but u cant track it
To Reproduce
start a pet battle instantly happens
Expected behaviour
to see the pet action bar and timers

There used to be a script to correct this error but i cant find it..
please some kind soul solve this as it is pointless using this addon without it
