Describe the bug
In some zones, I see the Zone Tracker telling me I have, say 10/11 pets but the missing pet does not show up in the list. I see 10 pets listed total and I close all quests and other tracking to make sure it's not just being hidden by the bottom of the zone tracking region.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour: For Me

1. Go to Tiragarde Sound zone
2. Look at List
3. Prerequisite, have caught 10 pets

Expected behaviour
Count would either be 10/10 or would show an 11th pet that hasn't been caught yet.
