There is constant micro-stutters due to PetTracker, /addonusage shows it as consistently the highest CPU user by far:

1. Login
2. Attempt to play the game
3. Stuttering occurs

I have encountered a similar issue and found there is a conflict with Pettracker and the "MoveIt" addon. If I disable either addon everything works fine but if they are enabled together it gets pretty slow, and if I go to the wrong area (moving from Dornogal to where the theatre troup is) I'll effectively freeze up, like 1 frame per 5 seconds. It's possible that another addon could also cause this but I'm just reporting what resolved it for me.
