Please describe the bug.
The addon does not show up in the addon list in Cataclysm. I confirmed it's in the right folder. I even tried to change the .TOC file to reflect what is truly current for the interface: ## Interface: 40400, 40401

Please describe how to reproduce it.
No error, it just doesn't so up in the list.
