Please describe the bug.
PetTracker shows 7/8 Pets captured in Shattrath City, Outland but only 7 pets are listed.

Please describe how to reproduce it.

1. Go to Shattrath City from your Capital directly
2. Enable tracking pets in the zone and show all pets always.

Error Logs are Important!
No Errors are thrown.

I'm using Kaliel's Tracker but I did try to disable it to see if it was causing the issue somehow and it's not.

I know now that this happens in every capital city, the pet is Thundering Serpent Hatchling, it doesn't show up on the list, but if I filter the map icons by "missing" it shows an icon for it.

Curious behaviour. Thank you very much for the screenshots, I'll try to replicate.
