I found 2 Pets where this happens, Breed is shown wrong.

Tiny Twister and Blightbreath

PetTracker vs Battle Pet Breed ID

PetTracker:
Shows all Blightbreath pets as B/B

Shows H/S Tiny Twister as P/B

Correct Breeds with Battle Pet Breed ID

Capture either Pet or buy Blightbreath from the AH, it's very cheap and see the breed in your Pet Journal.
