Error when trying to open dogtag info frame

Disabled all my addon except for Pitbull unit frames 4.0
When i try to command /dogtag so i can look for certain info i instantly get the following error.
the chat windows i typed the command in does not disappear but as soon as i press enter the error msg appears.
