Function to open the settings with /plumber would be nice

Hi! I'm a bit reluctant to add more slash commands because in the past, they had the potential to cause taints. And I don't think most people need to open the settings frequently.

But anyhow, you can open the settings from the Addon Compartment or use /run Plumber_ToggleSettings()
