Bug: Loot window doesn't appear anymore when "Loot Window" is unchecked

Since update 1.4.2 the loot window doesn't appear anymore when the option is disabled.
As a small "workaround" if the option "Use Default Loot Window" is checked inside plumbers loot window settings then the loot window appears if the setting is disabled
