In the Necrolord sanctum (and maybe the others) all four gear vendors show the same currency, ilvl 200 and 207 Anima Beads, when using Merchant Price. These are the Normal difficulty Beads, though they show on each vendor.

With the option disabled, each vendor shows their appropriate currencies.

The tooltip of the token next to the equipment will be fixed.

Unfortunately, the token summary on the bottom right of the merchant UI won't. These items share a base item (same item ID) with different modifiers, and WoW's item counting API doesn't differentiate. We'll have to scan your entire bags and banks to find items of the correct item level. It's impractical and an overkill for just two tokens.
