Khaz Algar Summary does not load properly sometimes

When I logged in I was in Korthia (Shadowlands) on a lvl 80 char and when I HS'd back to Dornogal I noticed my reps on the summary screen were not being loaded properly like they should be, a quick reload did fix it though.
Was showing like this when I opened it
Should be like this
