A quest should be added to your log when you first choose to add it from a demo or draft, and currently this is resolved by putting it in the "Invited" status. But that doesn't really make sense - nobody invited you to the quest, you picked it out of a list.

• What's a good name for quests in this status?
• How does this status logically differ from Invited? (i.e. there is probably no "Declined" equivalent)
• Update the status table and diagram docs to reflect any new statuses
• Consider how this status could tie into quests in the future Catalog, where you're "aware" of the quest, but have not started it

Resolved with the same PR as #31 .

Basically, Invited and Declined were removed from QuestStatus and moved to QuestCatalogStatus with the implementation of the catalog.
