the displayed frames cannot be moved. Disabling all other addons doesn't work either

I have just released 10.2.6-20240430-1 a few minutes ago, which has some settings changes.
Could you try with that one, and see if it saves the settings as expected?

I also have the same issue as Staunzn. Even though the addon options window says the frames can be moved by dragging them this is not the case. I have tried using modifier keys (Shift, Alt Ctr) with both left and right mouse buttons but the frames remain locked and unmoveable. Using Curseforge for downloads and updates. It shows the current version as being up-to-date. Latest- 5/3/2023 for Game vers 10.1.0 (Retail). Addon vers. 10.1.0-202300503_1. And even with no addons but Pokemon Trainer the frames are still unmoveable.
