WoW anniversary LFG UI is so limited. Can you make addon also work with Anniversary?

I will see what I can do. Do you know if just WoW Classic Anniversary got the group finder or also the other classic versions?

Only Anniversary and Season of Discovery has it.

I created a character to have a look, but it seems the group finder is not available for level 1 players :)

So I watched https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VNkG8MvCWCk instead to get an idea how the group finder looks and I was really expecting it to be the same as the one in Wrath/Cata/Retail, but this one is something very different. I assume I would have to program a completely new addon, which I won't be able do at the moment due to very limited time :/

Hey I've also really enjoyed using this addon from my time in retail.
With the recently added group finder in era i was really missing something like this addon.

Ive gone ahead and made a much simpler version of this addon for Anniversary/SoD If anybody else if interested.
It's not as powerful as this addon as it lacks the expression filtering support but has the basics.
