I filtered not (oce or mex or bzl) yet results still include brazil?

Are those wrong entries new group in the sense that is was not previously displayed in your list or that it was just created?

The region is determined by the group leaders realm which comes from his/her name suffix. However, the group leader's name is not immediately available for new groups but takes some time to load. So this might be a reason for wrong entries in the list.

If that's not the case, there might a bug and we have to investigate further.
