When joining a queue for PVP it sits on top of an existing icon, not sure if this is related to ProjectAzilroka or LuckyoneUI. See SS. Does not happen when actually in a BG.

I have this issue too with the BG/Arena queue icon being placed behind another icon. I have discovered a temporary, per-session fix that seems to work until the client is reloaded:

• Change the status of ANY of the icons listed in the Square Minimap Button menu.

NOTE: You can toggle enable/disable back to your original or preferred setting, and the fix will still work; all that matters is that something changes here. I am not sure why this is the case, but it does work!

A long-term fix in the addon code would obviously be ideal, but this temporary fix I discovered at least makes it usable enough so I don't have to use other minimap button hider addons. I really do prefer Project Azilroka's Square Minimap Button!

I have the same in Classic Era, and I think in WotLK I have had this too... I checked the code and BG should hide by default but can't figure out why it is not :/

Getting the same in Classic Era

To give a little more context, the first time I queue, it puts the BG icon on the minimap where it is supposed to be. Second queue onwards the icon moves to the SMB box and the overlap occurs .
