Ability Catalogue: Filter Frames vanish when switching tabs

I want the filter frames to consistently stay visible when switching tabs via tab buttons in the MainFrame.
Currently those frames vanish when clicking on another tab and then switching back

Scope

  • Check if this has something to do with the recent GGUI.Frame Changes to hookFrame visibility
    • if yes, fix GGUI.Tab bug
  • Investigate the visibility change of those frames
