Bug description

The quest "Hippogryph Mulsek" given by an NPC in Feralas isn't tracking all instances of the quest item being received.

The quest requires 10 items which drop from the various types of Hippogryph in Feralas and I now have 10 of them in the inventory and the quest log shows in complete, but Questie is only showing 4/10.

I wasn't paying attention so can't say which items were counted and which were not, my suspicion is that perhaps Questie somehow isn't counting the Hippogryph Mulsek items when dropped from some types of mob while it is doing so for others.

The unusual thing about these drops is that they're not looted from the mobs, you 'use' an item to spawn a 'spirit' which you need to click on to get the item so maybe it's a mechanic problem.

The same problem is occurring with the next quest stage with the Sprite Darter Mulsek, again Questie isn't 'seeing' the items I'm receiving.
