Quest "Tabetha's Task" (H) is showing that Ursyn Ghull (Undead NPC Mage trainer in TB) is offering the quest, she does not offer the quest, and should never offer the quest, only the Mage trainers in UC or Org should offer this quest.
The quest should only be offered by Deino, and Anastasia Hartwell (UC and Org Mage trainers.)
