Would it be possible to add a "background" to the quest tracker, something similar to the chat window option? The color picker and darkness slider bar?

I find it very difficult in certain zones to read the writing/words even if I change it from red, green or white colors that are given to us in the quest tracker options.

This option would be a tremendous help.
