Journey logs quest as abandoned and completed when it's completed

Bug description

Turn in quest
Open Journey log
See "Quest Abandoned" and "Quest Completed" line for the same quest

We need to prevent QUEST_REMOVED from marking quest as abandoned when there have been finishing related events before.

The fix only prevents new "abandoned" messaged from being added going forward, it doesn't remove old ones.
