currently only one gear icon, event though the item can be at one of several places

It appears this book can be in any of the 3 sections of Stromgarde. I found mine in the Syndicate-controlled section, inside an inn on the 2nd floor. In summary:

1. Books can be found in fireplaces in any section of Stromgarde

2. The book could be in one of the burnt-down houses, inside one of the intact ones, or at the top of the Tower of Arathor

3. The book is a bright red and is difficult to miss. It will be inside the fireplace, so be sure to look straight into it so you don't miss it

I can't confirm anything and whether there are only 3 possible positions for this to be found at.
