All "Talismans of Merit" quests are missing from questDB

@WoWBoi653 They are in the DB now, but we have no starting and finishing NPC/object/item in either the cmangos DB or on Wowhead. Can you tell us where they start?
P.S.: They are also hidden by Questie, so before they show on the map we will need to remove them from the hidden quest list.
@Muehe The PR of @AndrewVBragg lists Sentinel Farsong as starting and ending NPC. Wow-Frekz also list the Sentinel as ending NPC.
