Hovering over specific minimap icon causes Lua error

Bug description

Hovering over the small bag icon for the quest Two Halves Become One on either the map or the minimap throws a Lua error. I'm not sure what's special about this quest, but it's the only one that's causing this.

EDIT: It's now also happening for Pamela's Doll.
