After accepting a new quest, I must /reload my ui in order to see the quest markers on map/minimap

After accepting quest, or completing a quest the map and minimap markers do not update. Also the quest objectives do not show. However, if I do /reload for my ui they then the quests and objectives show up. I need to reload quite frequently. The only map addon I have is Leatrix Plus (Classic).
